2. How
to Confirm and Pay for Your Booking
Once you have made
an Enquiry, we will send you an email
with a booking number and quote, and any conditions which
may apply.
Please confirm your
booking with payment within two weeks.
Confirm your booking either by
post, quoting the booking number and
enclosing payment or credit card details,
or by ringing 1800 888 617 and quoting
the booking number and your credit card
details.
Once we have received
this, your booking is complete and we
will post your confirmation
to you. Bookings
require a deposit of at least the first
night's accommodation, with your confirmation
and the balance paid
before
or on arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, the following
will apply to all deposits paid:
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: no refund.
- Cancellation between 8 - 28 days: your full deposit will be held
for up to 12 months to be used for
any future booking less a cancellation
fee of $20.00.
- Cancellation outside 28 days: deposits will be refunded less a
$20.00 cancellation fee, if
you prefer this to the above option.
